We process orders within 1-3 business days and offer reliable nationwide shipping within 1/6 business days via our trusted courier partner. Please note that while we ensure timely dispatch, we have no control over shipping delays once the package is with the courier
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your product due to a defect, you may return faulty items immeditely by sending a picture to (email) or whatsapp 081 438 3518.
We currently do not offer refunds, we however do offer exchanges only when the customer is willing to cover the shipping costs.
Please ensure that the items in question are unworn and in their original packaging. We will not refund faulty items or partake in any exchanges if there is evidence that items have been worn. Strictly no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
